Returns
At LadyBliss.com we work hard to select
quality products from topnotch manufacturers and our intent
is to keep every customer completely satisfied. We also realize
that there may be times when a customer wishes to return a product.
LadyBliss.com will accept returns for a full refund (excluding
shipping) if the return is received at our location within 60
days of shipment. We do not accept returns of products that
have been removed from the original manufactures packaging or
Video Tapes, DVD's or CD's that have their packaging opened
or seals broken.
LadyBliss.com will accept broken and defective items for return
for up to 180 days after purchase that have failed or
have been damaged during shipment or have a manufactures defect,
and will send a new functioning item as a replacement. If the
original item purchased is not available LadyBliss.com will
send another item of equal or greater value that is comparable
to the original item purchased.
LadyBliss.com is not responsible for refunds or replacement
shipments where the UPS shipment tracking confirms delivery.
To Return a Product
LadyBliss.com's return policy and the method to return products
are listed in every shipment. In order to return a product you
must call our customer service number at (866) 352-5477and receive
a Return Authorization Number (RMA) or e-mail
us to request an RMA number. All boxes containing returned
products must have the RMA number written clearly on the outside
of the box or the return shipment will not be accepted at LadyBliss.com
All credit and refunds are processed once we have received your
returned merchandise. You will be notified via e-mail once your
